Adil Babikir
Literary Translator and Writer
Sudanese translator into and out of English & Arabic, living in Abu Dhabi. He has translated Mansi: a Rare Man in his Own Way by Tayeb Salih (Banipal Books, 2020), Modern Sudanese Poetry: An Anthology (University of Nebraska Press, 2019), and several novels and short stories by renowned Sudanese writers. His forthcoming works include a book on Sudanese Bedouin poetry and a collection of short stories translated from Arabic.
